Last Tuesday, sixteen super volunteers from the Pentire Residents Association braved the cold wind and met the Cormac Ranger on Pentire Headland to help tackle the problem of the spreading and invasive montbretia, which is thriving on the Northern side. Their hard work really paid dividends and has made a noticeable difference! Would you like to get your hands dirty? Do you love the Headland? Come join this active group of volunteer gardeners so that the native plants and wildlife can thrive. Next on the agenda…pulling out ragwort and general litter picking. Check back for up and coming gardening dates with the Cormac Ranger coming soon.
