Pentire is soon to be changing! There are developments regarding the future of the Fistral Bay Hotel. Pre-application advice and negotiations have been underway for some time with site owner Queensbridge Homes Ltd, Acorn Construction and Cornwall Council.

Pentire resident Andrew Walker gave an informal presentation at the 2 Jan meeting and discussed his intention to save the hotel from imminent demolition slotted for spring 2020 and reinstate it as a boutique luxury hotel. The Newquay Voice has been covering the story and reporting Mr. Walker’s progress weekly.
